1. Acceptance of your order
Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund.
If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and unless you then request your payment be returned we will hold your payment until the product is next in stock. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at time of ordering. Beauty by Zara has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of order.
Dispatch and Tracking
CUSTOMER NOTICE REGARDING DELIVERY TIMES
Please be reminded that Royal Mail Standard Deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch. If you are unable to retrieve tracking information within 24 hours after the dispatch date then please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you. We give all order related questions high priority. Thank you
You can also check the status of your order anytime by accessing your Beauty by Zara account.
You will receive your tracking information via email once our Courier has picked up the days collection and then further updates will be sent at every scan point.
If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your order being marked as “Shipped”; please contact us so that we can find it for you.
Standard Delivery UK
We use Royal Mail/ Parcel Force to safely deliver your parcel. Delivery time frames are from when your order has been processed and dispatched (usually within 48 hours)

We pick and process within 24 - 48 hours and you can expect to have your items within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Weekends and Bank Holidays
Our last dispatch of the week is Friday. Orders received after 9pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.
We do not process orders on the weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you do place an order on the weekend/Bank Holiday, we will process and dispatch on the next working day. Our tracking service will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery via email.
We use DHL and/or Parcel Force (and it's international partner GLS) for orders to be delivered outside the UK. Delivery is between 4-6 working days depending on the location. Orders sent via this method will be assigned a tracking number so the progress of the parcel can be followed online.Deliverable Destinations

Please note: if your order is being shipped outside of the UK, customs charges may apply that you will need to pay directly. Beauty by Zara accepts no responsibility for these - please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
Often attempted delivery by your postal courier won't result in a card being left. We always advise to check with your local post office or specific courier to ensure the parcel isn't waiting on you.
Cancellations which are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the Returns Procedure outlined in Section 4.
Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, you must contact Beauty by Zara in writing via the contact us form on our webiste and, following which, they must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us you want to change your mind. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to Beauty by Zara. Beauty by Zara will consider that you have not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products.
If the products have already been posted to you (or on your behalf to any other person), you (or the other person) must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. In case of any refund, the amount can only be refunded back to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.
Please read section 4 and contact us for an authorisation code if you wish to return any item.
If the goods are to be rejected, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in this section. Beauty by Zara will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the return procedure.
The Customer must follow the returns policy set here. This requires emailing Beauty by Zara (firstname.lastname@example.org) to notify their intention to return any goods, and completing a returns form.
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery of the products. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery and return the product to Beauty by Zara before the refund can be issued.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
In cases where rejection of products is due to a defect or misdescription, in addition to the right in paragraph 3 section 4 above, for up to 6 months following the date of delivery, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund (at our discretion). You must notify us that a refund is required in accordance with our returns policy and return the product to us. Following expiry of this period and for up to 6 years from delivery, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs), unless the order is cancelled within the cooling off period in accordance with section 3, in which case a full refund will be given. However, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Beauty by Zara. Goods must be returned to Beauty by Zara before the partial refund can be issued.
Where you wish to return a Product you must either return them in person, post them back to Beauty by Zara or (only if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Where you are returning products pursuant to defect, discrepancy or misdescription,then we will pay the costs of postage or collection.
For products returned to us by courier due to incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer or there is failure to collect the parcel, we will issue a refund for the cost of products only. In these cases, unfortunately Beauty by Zara will not pay any costs incurred for re-shipping an order. Any costs for re-shipping will have to be paid for by the customer.
If a refund is for any damaged or lost parcels, the refund will not take place before the shippers provide us their feedback of the investigation. If a refund is based on a faulty product which covers a manufacturer’s warranty, the refund will not take place before getting a feedback from the manufacturer.
If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
We recommend that you post any returns to us using a method that is trackable or alternatively obtain a 'Certificate of Posting", as we cannot be held responsible for any items without proof of posting.
Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:
- we sent you the wrong item, or
- the item is damaged or faulty; or
- where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.
We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment is a salon service product unlike any product available for at-home use. This unique treatment is formulated with magnesium and modified proteins which fuse into the hair with the application of heat. The result is that breakage is drastically reduced. During the process, ApHogee treatment hardens into the hair, dramatic evidence that something special is occurring. For best results a hooded dryer is required. After rinsing and moisturizing with ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer, clients are astounded with the results. ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment can help improve other salon services as well. This remedial process is highly recommended for hair that:
- Is too weak or fine to take a perm or relaxer. (use the week PRIOR to service)
- Is over-bleached.
- Will not hold color. (use PRIOR to color application)
- Breaks when combed or brushed.
- Is mushy when wet and brittle after drying.
Restores even seriously damaged hair to normal healthy condition, when used as directed.
Shake well before use! Keep out of eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. (The pH of ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment is about that of lemon juice and it will cause similar eye irritation).
- Gently cleanse hair with ApHogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair. Rinse thoroughly and towel blot dry.
- Apply enough ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment to thoroughly saturate hair and comb blend for even distribution.
- Leave hair uncovered, DO NOT use a plastic cap. Seat client under medium heat dryer. (Alternatively, a hand dryer may be used, but hair SHOULD NOT be agitated while drying.) NOTE: When ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment is dried into the hair, the hair becomes extremely hard. DO NOT comb or brush hair while ApHogee Two-Step ProteinTreatment is dried and in the hair.
- Re-wet and gently rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat
Apply ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer to hair and scalp. Leave in for 2 mins., then rinse thoroughly.
- Proceed to next service or style as usual.
BLEACHING & LIFTING COLOR:
Wash hair with ApHogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair, rinse and towel blot dry. Bleach or lift tint in usual way and rinse. Follow general directions for applying ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment.
Wash hair with ApHogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair, rinse and towel blot dry. Follow general directions for applying ApHogee Two-Step protein Treatment. After rinsing, towel dry & apply depositing tint in usual way. Place a plastic cap over hair and check every 2-1⁄2 mins. A warm dryer may be used. When tint is complete, shampoo thoroughly from hair. Apply ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer to help restore natural moisture balance to hair. Rinse and proceed with next service or style as usual.
Do not use ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment within 24 Hours of Relaxer application. ApHogee is Acidic and the hair should be allowed this time to equilibrate between the highly Alkaline Relaxer pH.Before Relaxer: If analysis indicates the hair is overly weak and in-elastic, prior to the relaxer service, we recommend an ApHogee Treatment at least one day prior to the service and re-evaluation prior to relaxing. Following Relaxer: If a relaxer service results in damage and breakage, wait 24 hours before application. If the service resulted in any scalp blistering or breaks in the skin, treat as called for and postpone the ApHogee service until healing is complete. (This is to avoid stinging)
Process perm as directed. When curl pattern is set and rinsing complete, towel blot hair on each rod. Apply ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment to each rod and dry under warm dryer. DO NOT use a plastic cap! Apply neutralizer and leave on hair for manufacturer’s suggested length of time. Remove rods without stretching hair and gently massage the neutralizer into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Apply ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer to restore shine & luster to hair. Rinse and style as usual.
